Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda (Forest Park) is a conservation area located in Bandung, Indonesia. Stretching 590 acres from Dago Pakar to Maribaya.
Location of Forest Park Ir. H. Juanda is in the Pakar village, Ciburial, District Cimenyan, at an altitude between 770 masl to 1330 masl. On top of that fertile soil, there are about 2500 species of plants consisting of 40 species and 112 familia. On the main road, 100m past the teahouse turn-off, a path leads down to Curug Dago (Dago Waterfall). From here you can walk along the river to Taman Hutan Raya Ir H Juanda, which is a pleasant forest park with another waterfall, ‘caves’ and walking paths. By road, the park entrance is 2km past the Dago bemo terminal.
Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda (Forest Park) Can be visited every day from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Visitor entry fee of Rp. 8000, – (in 2010). To explore the entire forest takes about 2-3 hours.All types of vehicles can go up to the main gate.
This area is usually quite crowded on the weekends, especially Sunday morning when many people come simply enjoy the atmosphere of recreation or exercise cross-Maribaya Tahura route along 6 kilometers.
